Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide dedicated 1:1 support to an elementary school student. This is an immediate-start opportunity to work directly with the student and implement established behavior strategies.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in-progress.
• Experience supporting elementary students is a plus.

$28$30/hour | Full-Time | Elementary School | 1:1 Support | Immediate Start

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide dedicated 1:1 support to an elementary school student. This is an immediate-start opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working directly with students and providing consistent behavioral and educational support throughout the school day.

The RBT will work one-on-one with the assigned student to support participation in classroom activities, follow established behavior strategies, reinforce positive behaviors, assist with transitions and daily routines, and help the student remain engaged in instruction. The position may also involve collecting behavioral data and communicating observations with the classroom and behavioral support team.

This assignment begins immediately and is scheduled through October 30, 2026, with the possibility of an extension based on the students needs.

Pay is $28$30/hour.
