Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one and small group behavioral support for students in Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Multiple Disabilities programs across elementary and secondary school settings.

The role collaborates with teachers and behavior consultants to implement IEP goals and behavior support plans, collects daily data, and helps promote positive behavioral outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Child Abuse Clearance and Criminal Record Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group behavioral support to students in Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Multiple Disabilities programs across elementary and secondary school settings.
• Collect daily data and document progress to support IEP goals and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, behavior consultants and support staff to implement IEP goals and behavior support plans; ensure availability for full school day.

Day-to-Day

Provides one-to-one and small group behavioral support to students in Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Multiple Disabilities programs across elementary and secondary school settings. The RBT works closely with teachers, behavior consultants, and support staff to implement IEP goals and behavior support plans, collect daily data, and promote positive behavioral outcomes. Candidates should have reliable transportation, strong communication and documentation skills, and be available to work the full school day Monday through Friday. This role may also include providing personal care support to students in a school-based setting.
