Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in California is seeking individuals to provide in-home support to children on the Autism Spectrum in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties, with availability from 2:00 PM onward. This entry-level role offers training paid by Maxim to get you started and flexible scheduling for PT or FT positions.

You will help children work on social and communication skills, document progress, and implement behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, making a meaningful

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or a minimum of one year experience with children in relevant roles.
