Total Care ABA in Jasper, IN is hiring an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy with children in a clinic setting. You will work alongside BCBAs, implementing treatment plans and tracking progress in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active RBT certification with the BACB is preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in the clinic.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, document, and report client progress accurately.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB (preferred)
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
