Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification with BACB preferred.
• Experience with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in our clinic.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, document, and report client progress accurately.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinicians to ensure successful outcomes.
• Celebrate milestones and meaningful progress with every child.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

What we expect from you:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB (preferred)
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
