Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring an RBT in Tell City, Indiana. Earn $18–$27 per hour with flexible schedules. In-home and in-school ABA services throughout Indiana, offering training and career growth opportunities.

You’ll work one-on-one with children to implement ABA therapy and collaborate with families and a BCBA team. Join a compassionate team focused on helping children reach their potential while providing ongoing professional development and support.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
