New Patterns ABA FL is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team in Brooksville, FL. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills. This is a part-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with children and families while gaining hands‑on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community‑based settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
