Job summary

Rise & Flourish ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Florida. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

This role requires adherence to BACB ethics, data collection, and collaboration with families. We offer a supportive clinical environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth while making a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a Level II background screening (AHCA/FDOH compliant).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and the clinical team.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Rise & Flourish ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team!

Compensation: $20.00/hour

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a Level II background screening (AHCA/FDOH compliant)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Experience

Applicants should have experience implementing:

• Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
• Functional Communication Training (FCT)
• Behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
• Accurate data collection and documentation

Responsibilities
