Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Naperville, IL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work with children and families, collect data, and participate in weekly team meetings to support each child’s progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA supervisors, strong communication, and a commitment to engaging sessions. A High School diploma and active RBT certification within 60 days are required.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with clinic's ABA team.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 30 therapy hours per week.
