Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing individualized intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with a supervisory team.

The position supports weekday and weekend availability in a home-based setting, offering opportunities for professional development and hands-on ABA training with industry veterans.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect therapy session data.
• Case Hours: M-F 6-8:30pm, Sundays as needed.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About The Position

• Case Hours: M-F 6-8:30pm, Sundays as needed
