Job summary

Applied ABC in Ohio provides in-home and center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician who works under a BCBA supervisor in clients' homes.

The role focuses on one-to-one intervention, ongoing data collection, and collaboration with supervising staff. Weekday and some weekend hours are available, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism across the United States.

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

Home case M-F 5pm-8pm, weekend availability available.
