Job summary

Applied ABC provides home-based ABA therapy for children with autism across the United States. We seek a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one interventions in clients’ homes under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role requires at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or current pursuit of relevant education, and a valid RBT certification. Weekday and weekend availability is expected, with daytime hours and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

1 year minimum ABA experience.
BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
Operate under BCBA supervision.
Maintain weekday and weekend availability.
Collect therapy session data.
