Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in the United States is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians, providing in-home and center-based services to children with autism.

Part-time (up to 20 hours) and full-time schedules are available, with weekday availability. Training, RBT certification support, and pay ranging from $19 to $25 per hour are included to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Pass background and health checks.
• Completion of mandatory training including New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, CPR, CPI, and overlaps; pass exam for RBT.

Responsibilities

• Help Kids Learn Through Play: teach skills like communication and following directions through games.
• Be a Positive Role Model: encourage progress and celebrate small wins.
• Stay Active: move, play, and engage throughout sessions.
• Keep Things Organized: track progress; training provided.
• Support Families: collaborate with a team to show real progress.

Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needsDaily pay access available so you can get paid as you earnCompensation: $19-25/hrWe'll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - earn an additional $1.00 an hour upon completion.What You’ll NeedHigh School Diploma or GED completed6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)Reliable car, driver’s license, and insuranceWillingness to pass background and health checksSuccessful completion of mandatory training which includes: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps.
