Heartland ABA in Missouri is seeking RBT-ready individuals for part-time in-home ABA services. You'll work directly with children, implementing skill-building plans and collecting session data.

We provide paid training to earn the RBT certification and ongoing support from an experienced clinical team; flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
