Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is hiring for part-time Behavioral Technician roles to support children in their homes and our local centers. You will teach skills through play, track progress, and work with families to foster development.

We provide paid training, potential growth opportunities, and a path toward RBT certification. The role offers flexible hours between 3:30pm–8pm or 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Complete training including New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, CPR, CPI, and exams to become RBT.

Responsibilities

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 30 hours)
• Hours: Availability required 4-5 weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm OR All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $19.00-$25.00/hr
• We'll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - earn an additional $2.00 an hour upon completion.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Successful completion of mandatory training which includes: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps. You will also need to pass an exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
