Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy in Exeter, NH is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities through in-home and community-based ABA services.

You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing training. Part-time hours, ~20 per week, with travel to Exeter and surrounding areas required; compensation is $20–$26 per hour; work location is in person.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
