Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism by implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions. You will provide direct-care therapy in individual sessions and help families apply strategies to improve behavior.

Join a supportive team that values growth, offers development opportunities, and requires travel between client locations or onsite where needed. RBT certification within 3 months is expected if not already certified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years and able to travel to client locations.
• If not RBT certified, complete RBT certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions.
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement treatment plans.
• Collect data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain professionalism, timeliness, and communication.

Registered Behavior Technician(RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned)
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply
• Have the bility to travel to and between client locations
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
