Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism through evidence-based behavioral interventions in Maryland. You will work with BCBAs and BCaBAs, implement plans, collect data, and help families apply strategies to daily life.

We value compassion, reliability, and professionalism. This role requires traveling between client locations, and certification within the first 3 months if not already certified.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to travel to client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support families and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain professionalism including clothing, timeliness, and communication.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply
• Have the bility to travel to and between client locations
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
