Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA in Jessup, MD is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement evidence-based interventions for children with autism. You will work under supervision to deliver services that promote meaningful progress and improve quality of life for families.

The role involves traveling between client locations, collecting data, and documenting sessions while collaborating with BCBAs/BCaBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
