Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned)
Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
Collect accurate data as per company policies
Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Be at least 18 years or older to apply
Have the bility to travel to and between client locations
If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
