Job summary

River Rock Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a client in Muncie, IN. The role involves implementing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and tracking progress in a structured setting.

The position is part-time with weekday afternoon hours (12:30pm–3:30pm). You will collect data, support skill development, and maintain professionalism while helping clients reach independence and communication goals.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification required.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

Qualifications

• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)


• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
