Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll work closely with families to support each child’s progress and ensure accurate data collection and documentation.

We offer a competitive salary range ($40,000–$47,000), up to $8,000 annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, RBT certification reimbursement, PTO, holidays, and a BCBA development program to advance your credentials.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with clinic’s ABA team.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 30 therapy hours per week.
