Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, including in-home sessions. You’ll receive paid RBT training and certification and gain hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• You care about people - plain and simple.
• RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn).
• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play.
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients.
• Competitive pay with room to grow.
• Paid RBT training and certification (we cover it!).
• Real opportunities to move up—many of our BCBAs started as RBTs.

Responsibilities
