Job summary

Spectrum of Hope in Texas is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism in center-based ABA. You’ll receive paid RBT training and certification, and you’ll grow with a team that supports you.

We value empathy, reliability, and a hands-on approach; high school diploma required, RBT certification welcome. Training is provided, and many BCBAs started as RBTs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; childcare/education experience a plus.
• RBT certification encouraged; we provide training and pay during learning.
• Paid RBT training and certification covered by Spectrum of Hope.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans ( you'll get paid training and your certification on us!)
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
• Track progress and learn how to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs who've got your back to develop life-changing care plans.

What We're Looking For:

• You care about people -plain and simple
• RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn)
• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required ; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
