Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children at home in the Sugar Land area. Schedule is Monday–Friday from 3pm–7pm, with paid RBT training and certification.

You will grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families. We value compassionate, reliable individuals who can engage with kids on the floor, follow behavior plans, and track progress to inform data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT Certification and be able to obtain/maintain certification.
• High school diploma required; childcare/education experience a plus.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (training and certification provided).
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive.
• Track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop life-changing care plans.

What We're Looking For:

• You care about people -plain and simple
• RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn)
• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required ; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
