Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in children×s homes, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role requires weekday and weekend availability and active data collection to track progress.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or actively pursuing relevant studies, and a valid RBT certification. Training and supervision are provided as part of ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
