Job summary

ABLE Kids in North Augusta, SC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with training provided. This full-time role offers a guaranteed 40-hour week, company-paid RBT training and exam, and a supportive team culture to help children ages 2–6 thrive through ABA therapy.

Starting pay is $18/hour with raises every 6 months for the first 2.5 years, plus monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits. 9 clinics across the Augusta region emphasize compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred).
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• RBT certification or willingness to complete company-paid training.
• Compassion, patience, and energy for working with young children.
• Ability to pass background check and complete CPR training.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping children ages 2–6 build meaningful life skills through ABA therapy. Your day-to-day will include:
