Job summary

Total Education Solutions (TES) in Columbus, OH, invites you to join our Behavior Team. This full-time role offers supervision, mentorship, RBT coursework, and BCBA supervision as you grow toward certification.

35-hour work week with direct client care across clinic, school, or home settings. We provide hands-on training, supportive team, and opportunities for professional advancement, plus comprehensive benefits and a competitive compensation range ($18.20–$23.12 per hour).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must hold automobile insurance with limits to drive a personal vehicle for work.
• Background check through BCI/FBI required.
• TB Test within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to clients in clinic, school, or home settings using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Learn specialized behavior approaches and implement strategies under a supervisor.
• RBTs will attend mandatory staff training, staff meetings, and reading assignments to build competencies.
• Implement interventions and skill-building techniques outlined by the supervisor.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate daily progress records and adherence to behavior plans.

$18.20 - $23.12/hr

*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Expectations:

• Provide direct care and support to clients in a clinic, school, and/or home setting utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Learn specialized behavior approaches and implement behavioral strategies under the guidance of a case supervisor
• RBTs will develop behavioral competencies by attending mandatory staff training, staff meetings, and completing reading assignments
• Implement the interventions and skill-building techniques outlined by the case supervisor
• Collaborate with the client's parents, teacher, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate records through daily documentation of student progress and adherence to prescribed behavior plans
• Work collaboratively with the client’s parent, teacher, and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage) and have the ability to travel to multiple locations
• Must clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI
• A current TB Test (within the last 12 months)
