Job summary

Ability Matters is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized behavioral support in homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement ABA strategies under supervision, help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills, and track progress with the team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA supervisors, families, and other professionals, allowing RBTs to grow through supervision, documentation, and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or GED minimum.
• Current RBT certification required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies under the direction of a BCBA or approved clinical supervisor.
• Support communication, social development, emotional regulation, independence, and daily living skills.
• Track behavioral and skill development data and communicate progress, concerns, and observations to your team.
• Work closely with BCBAs, supervisors, families, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of treatment goals and individualized support.
• Provide services in homes, schools, residential programs, day services, and throughout the community.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation while following clinical and organizational requirements.
