Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA in Maryland is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions that improve the lives of children with autism and related disorders.

You'll work closely with BCBAs and BCaBAs, collect data, and maintain professional conduct while traveling to client locations as needed. This role offers competitive rates and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply
• Have the ability to travel to and between client locations
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned)
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
