Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to help children with autism and related disorders improve behavior and quality of life. You will deliver direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions and work with BCBAs/BCaBAs to implement tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
