Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support individuals with autism and related disorders. You will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in client sessions, collecting data and adjusting plans to improve behavior and quality of life for children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to travel between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
