Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and in-center services for children with autism in Cincinnati.

We are seeking a Certified and Active RBT who can work under supervision of a BCBA, implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans, and participate in ongoing staff training.

This role requires weekday and weekend availability and diligent data collection to track progress and outcomes, with BA in related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For: A Certified and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism. Important Requirement: Applicants must hold a current and active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB. We are only considering candidates with an active RBT credential. About the Position
