Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing individualized behavioral plans, collecting data, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors.

Availability on weekdays and weekends is required to serve children in their homes. We welcome candidates with at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or those pursuing related education.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• Strong communication and data collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans.
• Participate in staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
