Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides both in-home and center-based services to children with autism. We partner with families across the country to support personal journeys and family engagement.

We are looking for a Behavior Technician to implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision. This role requires weekday and weekend availability, data collection, and ongoing professional training to advance care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in a related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Experience with one-to-one therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
