Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Certified and Active RBT to work in the homes of children with autism under supervision by a BCBA. The role requires an active RBT credential and strong ABA background, with weekday and weekend availability and data collection responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Available on both weekdays and weekends.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For:

A Certified and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

Important Requirement: Applicants must hold a current and active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB. We are only considering candidates with an active RBT credential.
