Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides both in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism. We also provide customized training for ABA basics, understanding behavior, classroom management, data collection, and peer conflict.

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to conduct one-to-one behavioral interventions under the supervision of a BCBA in clients’ homes, with weekday and weekend availability and ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Work directly in the homes of children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
