Job summary

Hope Harbor ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Chillicothe, MO. The role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings with supervision by a BCBA. You will collect data, help implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families to promote client progress.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA or child-care experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
