Job summary

Crown ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and track client progress with data collection to support ongoing improvements.

This role emphasizes collaboration with families and team members to ensure client success, while maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment. Certification or willingness to obtain RBT is required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Pay Range: $21 - $30/hour
• 10-35 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
