Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with a child in their home in Catonsville, MD, after school from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You will follow a BCBA-designed treatment plan and receive strong coaching throughout your sessions.

Paid training helps you achieve RBT certification if needed, with mileage reimbursement and opportunities for growth within Ahead ABA. Join a caring, supportive team as you help the child reach developmental goals.

Qualifications

Registered Behavior Technician

Job Summary:

Ahead ABA is looking for a caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with kids with autism in Catonsville, MD. You will work after school, between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, helping kids learn new skills and reach their goals. You will get strong support from our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) every step of the way.

About the Role:

As an RBT with Ahead ABA, you will work one on one with a child in their home. You will follow a treatment plan made by a BCBA and use ABA methods to help the child grow. Your BCBA will meet with you often, watch your sessions, and help you get better at your job. You will never be on your own.

Schedule and Compensation:

Pay Range: $26 to $30 an hour

Part Time: Afternoon hours, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
