Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with kids with autism in Elkridge, MD after school, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You will work one-on-one in the child’s home under a BCBA-provided treatment plan and receive ongoing supervision to improve your skills.

You will be supported by BCBA supervision, with paid training to obtain or maintain RBT certification. The role offers practical hands-on experience, flexible afternoon hours, and room to grow within Ahead ABA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain; we help with this.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable working one-on-one with children.
• Available afternoons between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

You will get strong support from our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) every step of the way.

About the Role

As an RBT with Ahead ABA, you will work one on one with a child in their home. You will follow a treatment plan made by a BCBA and use ABA methods to help the child grow. Your BCBA will meet with you often, watch your sessions, and help you get better at your job. You will never be on your own.
