Job summary

Ahead ABA in Columbia, MD is seeking a caring Registered Behavior Technician to work after school with a child in the home setting. You will follow a BCBA-created treatment plan and implement ABA strategies to build skills, communicate, and daily routines.

You will be supported by a BCBA who will observe sessions, provide training, and help you grow in this role. The position offers afternoon shifts and a path for advancement.

Registered Behavior Technician

Job Summary:

Ahead ABA is looking for a caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with kids with autism in Columbia, MD. You will work after school, between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, helping kids learn new skills and reach their goals. You will get strong support from our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) every step of the way.

About the Role:

As an RBT with Ahead ABA, you will work one on one with a child in their home. You will follow a treatment plan made by a BCBA and use ABA methods to help the child grow. Your BCBA will meet with you often, watch your sessions, and help you get better at your job. You will never be on your own.
