Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy. This part-time role offers flexibility, strong support, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

You will be trained as an RBT and work with children with autism, collecting data, and applying behavioral techniques while maintaining professionalism and excellent communication with families and team members.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children with autism preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community ABA therapy sessions.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and goal-oriented approach.

Responsibilities For Our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
