Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Burgaw, NC is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will implement treatment goals, provide 1:1 therapy, track progress, and communicate with supervising staff while safeguarding confidentiality. Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30a-12:30p.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
