Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a supportive therapist to implement ABA-based programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.

Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy, progress reporting to supervisors, and teaching communication, self-help, and social skills while maintaining data and confidentiality. Requires a valid driver’s license and flexibility with scheduling.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
