Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support youth in home and community settings.

You will implement ABA-driven programs, provide 1:1 therapy under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, and track progress while maintaining confidentiality and following company policies. Flexible 2-3 days per week, about 10 hours weekly, with room to grow.

Qualifications

  • Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
  • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable transportation and insurance
  • Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
  • Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
