Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs in clients' homes or community settings under supervision.

The role involves providing 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, tracking progress, and supporting treatment goals while adhering to policies and maintaining confidentiality. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities
