Job summary

Early Autism Services in Portland, OR is seeking a Registered Behavior Analyst Interventionalist (RBAI) to provide personalized 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2-11 in in-clinic, home, or community settings.

You will work under supervision of BCBA professionals, gain guidance and training, with in-person supervision only (no telehealth). The role offers growth opportunities as caseloads expand, plus competitive hourly pay and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-11) in a supportive environment.

At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an RBAI. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. All of our BCBAs are in-person to ensure the best supportand ability to collaborate thoroughly! No telehealth is used for supervision or training! Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, including in-clinic, at a client’s home or other community-based setting. This dynamic role requires both physical and mental energy, offering interactive and engaging experiences with your clients.
