Job summary

Early Autism Services is hiring an ABA Therapist to provide engaging 1:1 therapy for children ages 2–11. You will work under experienced BCBAs with in-person supervision and dedicated mentorship. Paid training and clear career growth opportunities are offered to all staff.

You’ll follow treatment plans, track progress with simple data, and collaborate with families and the team across clinic and home settings. A valid U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• RBAI certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 ABA therapy with children.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic settings, and sometimes in homes or the community.
• Communicate with families and the team.

We’re looking for energetic, caring individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11. No experience? No problem! We offer paid training, strong support, and clear career growth opportunities. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. All of our BCBAs are in-person to ensure the best support and ability to collaborate thoroughly! No telehealth is used for supervision or training!
