Job summary

Early Autism Services LLC in Milford Mill, MD is hiring compassionate individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11 in in-clinic, home, and community settings. This in-person role supports families and works under BCBA supervision, with no telehealth.

The position offers training, full benefits for full-time staff, and growth opportunities as caseloads grow. A valid driver’s license and background check are required to start.

Qualifications

• RBAI certification or willingness to obtain.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids.
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community).
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $28.00 Hourly

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-11) in a supportive environment.

At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an RBAI. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. All of our BCBAs are in-person to ensure the best support and ability to collaborate thoroughly! No telehealth is used for supervision or training! Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, including in-clinic, at a client’s home or other community-based setting. This dynamic role requires both physical and mental energy, offering interactive and engaging experiences with your clients.
